Acceptable Use Agreement

Unauthorized access or use of this computer system may subject violators to criminal, civil and / or administrative action. To assure integrity of information on this computer system, Metro may monitor system access. All information on any part of Metro's computer system may be intercepted, recorded, read, copied, and disclosed for official purposes, including criminal investigations. There is no right of privacy in this system, and all information on any part of Metro's computer system, including the information or records contained on this computer, would be considered a public record for purposes of the Kentucky Open Records Act.
